Each contractor submits their own invoice through a single route, in a consistent format, instead of by email in whatever layout they happen to use.

Each submission is approved or sent back with a reason, and the decision is recorded against a named person rather than lost in a reply chain.

03Approved invoices pass to accounting
Once approved, the invoice is passed through to your accounting system, so finance works from approved records rather than re-entering them.

Who submitted what, who approved it and when, kept together with the invoice — which is what makes a query six months later a two-minute job.
Deliberately “lite”
This is not a care management system and does not try to become one. It does not hold care plans, it does not replace your rostering, and it is not your accounting package.
It does one job: getting contractor invoices from submission to approval to your accounts without anyone chasing them. Providers at this size are often quoted a platform that does eleven things in order to get the one thing they actually need.

Invoice Lite runs on hosting you own. Contractor and payment records stay with you and do not pass through us.
Manufacturer, not processor
We are the software manufacturer, not a processor of your records. Where you choose our managed hosting instead, that arrangement is covered by a data processing agreement.
A private site if you prefer
It needs WordPress, on hosting you own, and it can sit on a separate private site rather than your public one.
Inside the same governance frame
Contractor records are personal data, and they sit under the same retention and supplier assurance thinking as the rest of our governance work.
