From first application to a complete file
Applicant tracking
Every candidate, every stage and every decision held in one place, with the history intact rather than scattered across inboxes.
AI-assisted prescreening
Applications summarised and sorted against your own criteria — with a named human making the decision, and that decision recorded. The assistance never decides.
Interview scheduling
Slots offered, booked and changed without the usual chain of emails, and the outcome written back against the candidate.
Offer and contract workflow
Offers generated from your own templates and issued for signature, so nothing is retyped by hand and nothing goes out in the wrong version.
Onboarding
The steps between an accepted offer and a first shift, tracked as tasks with owners, so a start date is never the moment you discover what is missing.
Document compliance
Required documents modelled explicitly, each with a state and an expiry, so at any moment you can answer one question: if this person started tomorrow, what is outstanding?

DCB0129 documentation in place for recruitment and onboarding
The recruitment and onboarding module has a hazard log, a clinical risk management plan and a clinical safety case report, prepared under DCB0129 — the standard that applies to the manufacture of health IT.
Who signs it off
Clinical safety sign-off for our own products sits with an external Clinical Safety Officer, not with us.
DCB0129 is the manufacturer’s half. Deploying any health IT in your own setting carries a separate obligation under DCB0160, which stays with you. Our documentation is the input your own work depends on, and we will tell you plainly what it does and does not discharge.

On your hosting, with your data
Your infrastructure
Care Suite and the lite builds run on hosting you own. Staff, candidate and contractor records stay with you and do not pass through us.
Manufacturer, not processor
We are the software manufacturer, not a processor of your records. Where you choose our managed hosting instead, that arrangement is covered by a data processing agreement.
A private site if you prefer
It needs WordPress, on hosting you own, and it can sit on a separate private site rather than your public one.
Inside the same governance frame
Candidate and staff records are personal data, and they sit under the same retention and supplier assurance thinking as the rest of our governance work.
