Daryo89 for health and care providers

Technology for care, built by someone who works in care.

AI governance your inspector can follow, recruitment that keeps every compliance file complete, and contractor invoicing your finance team can trust. Delivered by a clinically registered practitioner who also builds the software.

No obligation. You will get an honest answer, including “you don’t need us yet”.

Three ways in

Where do you want to start?

“Our staff already use AI, and we can’t evidence it.”

Care-plan drafting, transcription apps on phones, rostering tools. CQC has confirmed there is no separate AI framework: your existing duties under Regulations 12 and 17 have to cover it. We find what is in use, write the policy and SOPs, and prepare the DPIA and DCB0160 hazard log.

Clinical AI Governance

“What does ChatGPT tell families about us?”

Families, commissioners and job candidates now ask AI assistants for recommendations. We check what ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity say about your service, compare you with nearby providers, verify every finding by hand and fix what is wrong.

AI visibility for care providers

“Recruitment and contractor paperwork take over our week.”

Incomplete compliance files before a start date, offer letters rewritten by hand, contractor invoices chased by email. Our software, built and used inside a working care provider, keeps each step recorded and each document in one place.

Both run on your own hosting, so your staff and candidate data stays with you. We are the software manufacturer, not a processor of your records. Managed hosting is available if you would rather not run it yourself. No VAT is added to any price.

Why Daryo89

Care practice and software engineering, in one pair of hands

Inside care

Our founder is a clinically registered practitioner who works in a CQC-registered complex care provider, mobilising services and writing the procedures behind them.

Inside the code

Daryo89 builds and ships its own software, including an AI product that calls four model providers in production.

One person accountable

No hand-off between a compliance adviser and a technical adviser who each assume the other covered it.

Open about conflicts

Our founder both builds software and works for a provider that uses it. Clinical safety sign-off for our own products sits with an external Clinical Safety Officer, and our governance work never recommends our own software.

In practice · where the software runs today

In use at a CQC-registered complex care provider. Full case study coming soon.

Questions

What providers ask first

Do you hold our data?

No. The software runs on the provider’s own hosting, so staff and candidate records stay with you. If you choose our managed hosting instead, that arrangement is covered by a data processing agreement.

Do we need WordPress?

The software does, on hosting you own, and it can sit on a separate private site rather than your public one. The services work whatever your website runs on.

Is this legal advice?

No. Daryo89 Ltd is not a firm of solicitors and nothing here is legal advice. Where an engagement turns on a point of law, that is a question for your legal advisers and it will be flagged as such rather than guessed at.

Will you recommend your own software in a governance review?

No. Our governance work never recommends our own software. Where a tool is needed, you get the assessment criteria and the alternatives, and the decision stays yours.

We are small. Is this overkill?

Possibly, and the scoping call and the £500 triage exist to find that out. Sometimes the answer is “not yet”, and you will be told so.

Where are you based?

Upper Cambourne, Cambridge. We work remotely across the UK, with site visits in Cambridgeshire and elsewhere at cost.
