DCB0129 documentation in place
Care Recruit has a hazard log, a clinical risk management plan and a clinical safety case report, prepared under DCB0129 — the standard that applies to the manufacture of health IT.
Clinical safety sign-off for our own products sits with an external Clinical Safety Officer, not with us.
DCB0129 is the manufacturer’s half. Deploying any health IT in your own setting carries a separate obligation under DCB0160, which stays with you. Our documentation is the input your own work depends on, and we will tell you plainly what it does and does not discharge.
On your hosting, with your data
Your infrastructure
Care Recruit runs on hosting you own. Staff and candidate records stay with you and do not pass through us.
Manufacturer, not processor
We are the software manufacturer, not a processor of your records. Where you choose our managed hosting instead, that arrangement is covered by a data processing agreement.
A private site if you prefer
It needs WordPress, on hosting you own, and it can sit on a separate private site rather than your public one.
Inside the same governance frame
Candidate and staff records are personal data, and they sit under the same retention and supplier assurance thinking as the rest of our governance work.
