What this website and our outputs promise, and what they do not — including AI-assisted content and health and care. Version 2.0.
Version 2.0 — 29 September 2026. This disclaimer applies to daryo89.com, to the reports and outputs of our software, and to the material we publish. It is read with our Terms & Conditions, which govern every contract with us.
1. Information, not advice
What we publish on this site — articles, guides, service descriptions, scores, checks and tools — is general information for businesses and professionals. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not create a consultancy relationship. Advice is what you receive under a written engagement with us; nothing else should be relied on as such. Where a decision matters, take advice on your own facts.
2. Health and care
Daryo89 Ltd is not a healthcare provider, a regulator or a manufacturer of medical devices. Our Clinical AI Governance work is governance and engineering consultancy for organisations; it is not clinical care, not medical advice to any patient, not regulatory approval and not certification. Nothing on this site is a medical device or clinical decision support. A care provider or clinic remains accountable to the Care Quality Commission (or its national regulator), to professional regulators, to the Information Commissioner and to its commissioners for the tools it deploys and the decisions it takes. Where an AI tool may be software as a medical device, its classification and any MHRA obligations rest with its manufacturer and with the organisation deploying it.
3. AI-assisted content and outputs
Some content on this site, and the outputs of our software — Suite Reports, the free AI visibility check, drafts written by the Marketing Agent, messages drafted by D89 Outreach — are produced wholly or partly by foundational AI models. They are probabilistic: two runs may differ, and a result can be wrong or out of date. AI-assisted content we publish is reviewed by a person who takes editorial responsibility for it; outputs our software produces for a customer are that customer’s to review before they are published or relied on. Where the law of your country requires it, AI-generated content is labelled as such.
4. No guarantee of results
AI assistants, search engines and social platforms change how they select, cite and rank content continuously and without notice. A score, a check or a recommendation from us describes what we measured on the date we measured it. We do not guarantee that any site will be found, cited, recommended or ranked by any AI assistant or search engine, or that any campaign will produce leads, traffic or sales, unless a signed agreement says so in terms.
5. The free AI visibility check and the free plugins
The free check and our free plugins are supplied as they are, without warranty or support, for evaluation. They read only public pages; they do not certify a site’s compliance with anything. Do not submit pages containing personal data or confidential information.
6. Third-party sites, tools and platforms
This site links to other organisations’ sites and refers to third-party tools and platforms (AI providers, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Companies House). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or handling of your data. A link or a mention is not an endorsement.
7. Accuracy, availability and changes
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or you tell us. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or a free tool at any time. Prices are as published on the date you read them. No VAT is added: Daryo89 Ltd is not VAT registered.
8. Case studies, examples and figures
Case studies, portfolio pieces and figures on this site describe specific engagements at the time they were done, with the client’s permission where a client is named. They illustrate what was done; they are not a promise of the same result for anyone else.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site or on an AI-assisted output outside a written engagement. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers. Our contractual liability is governed by our Terms & Conditions (Clause 10).
