Total transparency: We only ask for two things in return for our free labor:
- 1) Raw Costs: You cover the raw cost of the third-party software or servers needed to keep the site live.

If your charity or non-profit is based outside of our immediate local area, we still refuse to charge you standard corporate agency rates. We operate on a radically transparent “At-Cost + 25%” model for all UK registered charities.

The Raw Materials: We calculate the exact raw cost of the domain, premium developer licenses, and web care required for your build.

The 25% Overhead: We apply a strict 25% markup to the total raw cost. This does not make us rich; it strictly covers the 20% UK Corporation Tax on the invoice and leaves a nominal 5% margin to keep our servers running.
