CLINICAL AI GOVERNANCE — AVAILABLE NOW
For CQC-registered providers, private diagnostics and other regulated health and care organisations adopting AI tools. These engagements are live today and can start within two weeks.
Who delivers this. Dario Lapegna is a Registered Nurse (Adult) on the NMC register, working in clinical business development at a CQC-registered complex care provider, with a background in clinical failure investigation — reviewing data to establish what went wrong and what should change. This work is governance, policy and assurance consultancy. It is not a clinical service and it is not regulated by the CQC.
AI Exposure Triage
A rapid, structured review of where AI is already in use across your organisation — including tools staff have adopted without approval — and where that creates governance, information-governance or patient-safety exposure. Delivered as a written register with a prioritised risk rating.
AI Readiness Review
A full assessment of your readiness to adopt or expand AI: data flows, lawful basis, supplier due diligence, staff competence, escalation routes and audit trail. Produces a written report with prioritised recommendations you can take to your board or your regulator.
Policy and SOP Build

Clinical Safety Officer Services
DCB0129 and DCB0160 clinical safety case work will be offered from Winter 2026, on completion of the NHS England Digital Clinical Safety Practitioner programme (booked for 15 December 2026). I do not hold that certification today and do not offer Clinical Safety Officer services until I do. The governance, policy and assurance work listed above is available now and is separate from it.
