What technology do you use to build the site?
We build exclusively on self-hosted WordPress, utilizing the lightweight Kadence Framework. This ensures your website is fast, secure, and globally supported. Unlike proprietary builders (Wix, Squarespace), you are not locked into our platform forever. You own the code.
Are there ongoing monthly fees?
Yes. Every website requires Hosting (server space) and Maintenance (security updates) to stay live.

Most clients choose our Managed Web Care Plans (starting at £75/mo), which include high-performance cloud hosting, daily backups, and premium software licenses. If you prefer to manage this yourself, we can hand the site files over to you to host elsewhere.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot in our production schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the website goes live on your domain.
Do I have to pay for premium plugins?
If you host with us on a Managed Care Plan, we cover the costs of our agency software suite (valued at over £500/year), including Kadence Pro, Wordfence Premium, and WP Rocket.

If you choose to host elsewhere, you will need to purchase your own licenses for these tools to receive future updates and security patches.
Do I own the website?
100% Yes. Once the final project invoice is paid, you own the design, the content, and the graphics. We do not hold your digital asset hostage. We are your partners, not your landlords.
